Built on: Corridors — embed a live one, or open a new one.
transio.finance

The settlement layer for travel's hardest corridors.

Plug into our corridors — or help us open the ones we don't serve yet. We add the travel business logic and the demand; you keep your rails.

Where we sit

We orchestrate — we don't compete.

Transio sits on top of licensed institutions and coordinates them into a working corridor. Plug in your on/off-ramp, EMI or VASP and you keep your rails, your licences and your customer relationship — we never replace them, and we never hold funds.

What we add is the part that's hard to build and harder to sell on its own: the travel-grade business logic — auditability, programmability and escrow / conditional release, pre-configured for travel — and the demand to route across it. You supply the regulated movement of money; we supply the use case.

Money moves only between licensed institutions — Transio never holds funds.

Two ways to work

Embed our corridors, or power a new one.

Whether you want settlement you can build on today or a route where your licences and liquidity are the missing piece — there's a way in.

A · Embed Transio
Build on our live corridors.
Plug into corridors that already settle across borders — without SWIFT, in minutes not days. You get the travel business logic, escrow and the auditable record as infrastructure; we coordinate the licensed parties underneath.

B · Power a new corridor
Bring the route we don't serve yet.
Hold licences or liquidity in a market we don't reach? Get vetted into our provider network and be exposed to the European-business corridor demand we're sourcing — we bring the use case and the volume, you bring the regulated rail.

Where you plug in

One path, assembled from licensed parts.

A corridor is on-ramp, rail, orchestration, off-ramp and an immutable record — assembled into a single path. You can power any one stage; we coordinate the rest.

On-ramp
Local pay-in
licensed in-market
Settlement rail
Stablecoin / fiat
whichever the route allows
Orchestration
Travel logic
escrow · conditional release
Off-ramp
Local payout
licensed in-market

Above it all, an end-to-end settlement record both sides can read. Stablecoins where legal; licensed fiat rails where they're not.

Why travel

Logic that's already built for the use case.

Travel is the hardest place to settle — disputed commissions, dual channels, deposits paid against trust. We've encoded that into the corridor, so you don't have to.

Auditability
An immutable, end-to-end record of who owed what and when it cleared — the reconciliation both sides can read, and the audit trail autonomous agents will need.
Programmability
Authorisation, spending limits and release rules expressed as logic on the rail — deterministic settlement for a use case where probabilistic isn't good enough.
Escrow, pre-configured
Hold and release on conditions, so neither side has to trust the other before money moves — the netting, smart guarantee and escrow logic already shaped for travel.
Purpose-able elsewhere
The same conditional, auditable settlement generalises beyond travel — once the corridor exists, other industries can route across it too.

Built for travel first — because if it settles travel, it settles anything.
